Refund Policy

At Song Birds, we understand that plans can change. However, because class spaces are limited and preparation for each term begins well in advance, our refund policy is designed to protect both our families and our business.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Bookings are made per term and secure your child’s place for that full term.

• If you withdraw after a term has started, the full term’s fees remain payable and no refund will be given for remaining sessions.

• If notice is given within the correct timeframe, a refund (minus a small £10 admin fee) may be issued for any prepaid classes not yet attended.
   

Missed Classes

• Refunds or credits cannot be offered for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or personal commitments.

• Where possible, a catch-up class will be offered within the same term, subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.
   

Cancelled Classes by Song Birds

• If a class is cancelled by Song Birds (for example, due to teacher illness or venue closure), we will offer an alternative class, credit, or refund for that session.
   

Exceptional Circumstances

• In genuine cases of hardship or extended illness, please contact us directly. We will always do our best to find a fair and compassionate solution.
