1. Who We Are

Songbirds Classes offers interactive music classes for babies and pre-school children, with a focus on supporting speech, language, and social development through singing, rhythm, movement, and play.

2. Eligibility and Supervision

• Our classes are designed for children aged approximately 6 months to 5 years.

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the class.

• The attending adult is responsible for the child’s safety and behavior throughout the session.
   

3. Bookings and Payments

• All class bookings must be made in advance through our website or approved booking system.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received.

• Prices may vary depending on location, class type, or term length, and are subject to change.
   

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations by you must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a credit or reschedule.

• We do not offer cash refunds unless a class is canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled.

• Missed classes (due to illness, travel, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable unless previously agreed.

• In the event of teacher illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to reschedule or offer a substitute session.
   

5. Health and Safety

• Please do not attend class if your child or anyone in your household is unwell with a contagious illness.

• All reasonable steps are taken to ensure a safe and clean environment, but Songbirds Classes cannot accept liability for accidents that occur due to lack of supervision or unforeseeable incidents.

• You agree to follow any venue-specific safety guidance provided.
   

6. Liability

• Participation in classes is at your own risk.

• Songbirds Classes and its teachers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you, your child, or your belongings during or after the class, except where caused by proven negligence.

• You are responsible for your child’s personal items (coats, toys, snacks, etc.).
   

7. Behaviour and Conduct

• We ask that all adults and children treat others with kindness and respect.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in being asked to leave the session.

• We reserve the right to refuse admission if these standards are not met.
   

8. Photos and Media

• From time to time, we may take photos or videos during class to use in our marketing (e.g., website, social media).

• We will always seek your permission before including identifiable images of your child.

• You have the right to opt out of photography at any time.
   

9. Intellectual Property

• All class materials, music, and lesson content are the intellectual property of Songbirds Classes and may not be recorded, copied, or reproduced without permission.
   

10. Privacy Policy

• We collect and store your personal information (e.g., contact details, booking records) to manage your class bookings and communicate with you.

• We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
